Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event are eligible for a refund if paid, or to have the fee cancelled if unpaid. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund and will be invoiced as if the member attended. This helps us cover the costs associated with planning for a certain number of people (catering, venue, etc.)
