Thursday, October 24, 2019
10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
DESCRIPTION:

There seems to be a considerable amount of “phishing” for data in technology today and foundations are not exempted from this annoying and potentially damaging situation. This learning session will focus on getting you up to speed on the latest techno-lingo, protecting your privacy (and that of your grantees) understanding techniques that scammers use to capture important data. This session is great for all sizes of foundations, from the one-person shop to those with multiple staff.

Speaker:

Aaron Nelson is a network and systems administrator and software developer with over 25 years experience. Before joining Meyer in 2006, Aaron worked in the broadband industry creating network management solutions.
