PGE Foundation 2016 Annual Report Released

by Kregg Arntson, PGE Foundation

On behalf of the PGE Foundation board of directors and staff, I’m pleased to share with you our 2016 Annual Report.

Each year, the PGE Foundation awards more than $1 million to support the innovative, life-changing work of organizations in our community.

Furthering our mission to improve the lives of Oregonians, we’re honored to make community investments in these key funding areas:

  • Education — supporting middle and high school students, with emphasis on career technical education and science, technology, engineering and math (CTE-STEM), as well as creating pathways to college and career
  • Arts Education — inspiring creative expression and critical thinking through access to arts experiences and arts integration in the curriculum
  • Safe and Stable Families — providing access to prevention services so our citizens can meet their basic needs and improve family stability

As the PGE Foundation celebrates our 20th anniversary this year, we’re committed to strengthening our community by creating access to services, resources and opportunities that improve the stability of individuals and families so they can achieve their full potential.
