WOMEN’S CARE FOUNDATION MISSION
To provide for the care, assistance, rehabilitation, and protection of women in the Portland, Oregon tri-county area.
GUIDELINES
1. Agencies must demonstrate that Women’s Care Foundation (WCF) funds will primarily benefit women clients in a manner consistent with our purpose.
2. Grant requests will be considered for agencies serving females who are 18 years of older, or who are younger but pregnant, or who are already parents, or who are living independently.
3. Applicants must be located in and serve the Portland tri-county area (Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington Counties).
4. Applicants must have IRS 501 (C) (3) non-profit status and have a 990 form or audited financial statement for review.
