Good data contributes to good decisions. In Oregon, we have a long history of using community measures to track our policies, programs, and progress. However, ensuring all decision makers have adequate and accessible data tools remains a challenge. The Oregon By the Numbers Report assembles a suite of community measures accompanied by county-level profiles designed for use across sectors, making it possible for decision-makers in a variety of arenas to have shared indicators of success.

Kasi Allen, Director of Learning and Knowledge Management at The Ford Family Foundation and independent consultant, David Keyes, will be joining us to share their recent experiences creating, disseminating, and continuing the Oregon by the Numbers project. Their presentation will include opportunities for Q&A as well as data exploration in small groups. Don’t miss this great opportunity to hear about their process and how your foundation can utilize this tool.
